Opening hours for wine sales
You can visit us all year round to purchase your wine (except Sundays – that's our day of rest). Generally, there's always someone at the winery. Please ring the doorbell at the side entrance under Office/Wine Sales.
In exceptional cases, we might all be out in the vineyard or attending appointments. To avoid finding a closed door, we recommend calling us briefly beforehand at 06722-8940 to announce your visit.
As part of your wine purchase, you can, of course, taste our wines beforehand by prior arrangement. This way, we can ensure we have enough time for you.

Your reservation with us
Our wine tavern is open for you only on selected dates in spring, summer, and autumn.
You can find the current opening hours under "Event Calendar".
During our opening hours, we welcome you:
Wednesday to Friday from 5 PM
(including Gourmet Week Monday)
Saturday, Sunday & public holidays from 3 PM
Monday & Tuesday are rest days
Enjoy relaxing hours with a glass of SOHNS wine and regional delicacies from Matthias Böhler – either on our terrace, the roof terrace with a view of the Middle Rhine Valley, or in our cozy indoor rooms.

Your reservation will be confirmed directly by email, subject to availability. Please note that reservations before 6 PM are generally limited to 2.5 hours; if you wish to stay longer, please inform us in advance by email. As a traditional wine tavern, guests may sometimes share larger tables. Seating is assigned by us, based on weather conditions and availability, in the indoor or outdoor area, to the best of our ability.
