In the glass, this wine presents an intense straw yellow, already hinting at its concentration. On the palate, this Riesling proves impressively mellow and creamy, giving it an almost silky texture. It is a very clear and precise Riesling, whose structure is distinguished by a fine balance. The vines grow on barren slate soil on an impressive steep slope with an incline of up to 60%, around 160 meters above sea level. The combination of stony subsoil, extreme steepness, and a cool microclimate produces grapes characterized by minerality, tension, and unique clarity.
